Terms of Service

BookMySlot provides an AI voice agent that answers calls to a dedicated phone number on behalf of your business, provides information about your business, and books appointments into your dashboard. Features vary by subscription plan.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service on behalf of a business.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to you.

• Provide accurate business information — your AI agent answers callers based on what you configure;
• Comply with all laws that apply to your use of the Service, including telemarketing, call-recording, and consent laws in your jurisdiction (some regions require notifying callers that a call is recorded or handled by an automated system);
• Only scrape or submit website content that you own or have the right to use;
• Not use the Service for emergency services, illegal activity, spam, harassment, or misleading callers about who they are speaking with.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to conduct conversations and book appointments. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing bookings and configuring your agent appropriately. The Service is not a substitute for professional, medical, or legal advice, and must not be used to handle emergency calls.

Phone numbers provisioned through the Service are licensed to you for use with the Service while your subscription is active. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, the number may be reclaimed after a reasonable grace period.

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. As between you and BookMySlot, you own your business data and your callers' booking data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf.

We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the right to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call will be answered or every booking captured. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMySlot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice). Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
